  • E-Flier - E-Flier is a system that will email a flier highlighting your property to over 10 thousand agents and brokers registered with the Multiple Listing Service throughout Southwest Michigan, norther Indiana and a 25 miles raduis around Chicago. We’ll include this service as part of our marketing campaign to help maximize exposure.
    • Craigslist:  Post weekly professional adds that get exposed to thousands of buyers  (Links back to your website) Craigslist is the #1 ranked classified website.  These have to be loaded one by one…

"Michigan Lake Homes", "St. Joseph Michigan Real Estate", "Homes in SouthWest Michigan"... Along with dislpaying your home on Realtor.com and MLSListings.com.
  • Custom Marketing Plan for your home – Fully documented approach, including marketing activities and other tasks required to list and market your home.  That will target buyers throughout not just Berrien County, but all over the United States.  This is essential to finding relocation clients.  We will do this through nightly syndication on over 30 different major search engines, and in addition, specifically target the southern Michigan, northern Indiana, and greater Chicago area.
